What should I do if my order shows as DELIVERED but I haven’t received it?
If your order is marked as DELIVERED but you haven’t received it, please contact us at 9848 522 566 within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to investigate or take action on cases reported after this time frame, and the order will be considered as successfully delivered.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging, along with an unboxing video. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
